Deaf Connexions Launch New Website

Deaf Connexions logo

Deaf Connexions is pleased to announce the launch of their new website which will soon carry state of the art new technology through a partnership working with Norfolk County Council ''e Sign Project '' which aims to make information more accessible to deaf people. Some pages on the new site will have a signing avatar (a computerised human figure).

This will mean that when you see this symbol e-sign you can click on it and a person will pop up and give you the information on that page in British sign language.

This is the first time this type of signed information has been used.

The website has pages full of information about Deaf Connexions's services, events and activities around the country. You can also book a service on line such as a Sign Language Interpreter or Lipspeaker.
